This super easy and yummy meal is taken from our Portion Perfect handbook.
Just use your bento's containers to determine your portions!
Spoon quinoa into a bowl and top with chicken or tempeh slices, and lightly steamed cauliflower, carrots and broccoli. Pour tahini over the bowl and enjoy!
We're Quinoa fans around here, but the original menu called for couscous—give it a try, too!
Have the apple slices for dessert.
