Here's one cool snack idea, based on some recently observed late-night foraging habits.
Sirloin steak strips, sauerkraut with citrus and ginger, and freshly snipped parsley leaves—yum. The grass-fed organic sirloin is a great protein, the sauerkraut for carbohydrates also offer some major probiotic action to boost health and overall digestive capability, and parsley cleanses the blood, the palate, and leaves 'em with fresh breath.
