Elegant Portion Perfect Lunch: Sirloin, Salad, and Italian Taralli

Taking advantage of some delicious holiday leftovers, this one features cold sirloin steak for our protein portion, a grab of pre-washed baby salad greens, tomatoes and shredded carrots for the veggie portion, and a handful of taralli making excellent use of the grains container.

Traditional nibbles from southern Italy, taralli are like a cracker, breadstick and pretzel all rolled into one—and these ones are scented with rosemary. 

Using our Portion Perfect bento, this lunch is a snap to portion out and pack to go. 


  • Protein: Sirloin Steak
  • Veggies: Salad
  • Grains: Taralli
  • Fruit: Chopped apple
  • Fat: Balsamic vinaigrette with olive oil

This came together so quickly, chopping the apple for the fruit container took the most time. 

Want a vegetarian option? Substitute lightly grilled, balsamic-drizzled Portobello mushrooms for the sirloin.
