  • Almond Milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • Oatmeal
  • frozen banana slices and dates
  • 1 cup chilled chai tea
  • 1 cup ice

How To

  1. Brew tea and chill. Slice banana and dates and let sit in freezer.
  2. Using a blender, combine milk, uncooked oatmeal, frozen banana slices and pitted dates, tea, and ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
