  • Ak-mak whole-wheat crackers with sesame seeds
  • Banana and blueberries
  • Peanut butter, cream cheese, dark chocolate — all good, healthy fats

We've doubled up on our good fats in this one—with high intensity workouts your body needs more of them. If you're concerned about your quantity intake, simply eliminate the chocolate and use half of your smallest lidded container for one tablespoon of each of the cheese or the nut butter—or use one container full of either.
